Product Description
Special features:1.Low-temperature screw chillers are a series of chillers developed by our company for the special low-temperature environment, the unit provided five low temperature environment including 0 °C /-5 °C /-10 °C ~ 15 °C/ -35 °C, at the same time ,the unit is equipped with an economizer ,which can improve the unit's energy efficiency ratio by 15-25%.
2.In addition to the common ethylene glycol solution,the coolant of the unit is sodium chloride and calcium chloride. We normally use sodium chloride when the liquid lower than -15 °C, and use calcium chloride lower than -35 °C.
3.Single compressor unit refrigerating capacity range is 14200~1018300 kcal/h, double compressor refrigerating capacity range is 28400~2036600 kcal/h, frozen water solution temperature range is -35°C~10°C, cooling water temperature range of 15 °C ~ 40 °C.
4.Unit adopts advanced PLC control technology, automatic control to realize intelligent management, the energy-saving double screw compressor with high efficient brand and high quality of condenser and evaporator, and adopt advanced manufacturing technology and scientific design to achieve the best match.
5.There are many options for refrigerants such as R407C/R404A, the unit has high and low pressure, phase sequence, over current, overheat, exhaust temperature, high temperature, low temperature, water and other protective measures, make the unit run safely, stably and efficiently, greatly lengthened the service life of the unit and reduce the occurrence of failure.

Q4:How long can you delivery?
A4: 7-15 days to finish the production after receiving the deposit
Q5: What mode of transportation do you support?
A5: Shipping by LCL or FCL, and we use standard export plywood case with forklift truck feet, easy to load and unload.
Q6:What if there is a quality problem?
A6: 12 months quality warranty since the date of delivery. Firstly we'll teach you how to deal with this problem remotely. And if it didn't work, we can send our engineer to repair it or change the products.
